Coyote Derby
1. 2 man teams only
2. Hunt will be conducted within 100
miles of Baker City, Oregon
3. 1 vehicle per team
4. No night hunting
5. Hunting allowed ½ hour before sunrise
to ½ hour after sunset
6. No aircraft allowed
7. Team must hunt together at all times
8. No hunting with other teams
9. No hunting with spotters or scouts
10. No live decoys or dogs
11. No trapping or baiting
12. All coyotes must be blocked properly,
instructions will be given at packet pickup/check in
13. Hand calls, open reed calls, electronic calls
and decoys are allowed
14. Teams must check in Friday night by 8 p.m.
before hunt, Saturday night between 5 and 7, and Sunday by 5 p.m.
15. All teams must comply with ODFW rules and
regulations and must have a valid Oregon hunting license.
16. All entries must be paid in full by packet
pickup/check in
17. Ties will be determined by time of Sunday
check in
18. All Calcutta money must be paid before start
of hunt
19. Failure to abide by stated rules, or any type
of cheating will result in immediate disqualification
